A briefing is ninety minutes and covers three things: the running watch floor as leadership would meet it, the response doctrine and the boundaries that make it defensible, and the phase-gate commercial structure — so the decision to proceed rests on a record rather than a promise. Held under NDA, in person or on a secure channel.
What to expect
- Before
- A short scoping call to establish who the principal is, what is already in place, and which questions leadership actually needs answered. No commercial material until that is clear.
- The briefing
- The capability overview, the full 44-screen pack, the compliance and ethical framework, and the phase-gate delivery plan with its acceptance criteria.
- After
- A written scoping note: the entity register we would propose, the priority intelligence requirements it answers, declared collection gaps, and what Phase 1 would cost to run for ninety days.
- Timeline
- Phase 1 can be operational within thirty days of signature. Phase 2 is a service uplift at month three. Phase 3 is scoped at month eight and built only against a costed business case.
One caution, offered up front. This capability is built for states and institutions that want to see clearly and respond lawfully. It is not built for covert influence, opposition targeting or surveillance of private life — and those requests are declined at the scoping call, not later.
